Hay, I just don’t get their appeal. Or the appeal of pugs or any kind of bulldog. I guess I just really like plain-looking skinny dogs. (Like Ribsy in Henry Huggins, or any dog in Macasandig. Minus the scabies. Or rabies.)
Do you remember that readers digest cover that proclaimed the mexican xolo as the world’s ugliest dog? (“Hairless, squinty-eyed and piggy-tailed, they look like the warthogs of the canine world. Yet the Aztecs believed they could guide them to paradise.”) I was so offended! I actually think they look really cute, parang askal.
Can I just say that the whole psychic connection is starting to weird me out. For real.
Okay, so cats may not have followed me but I sure can communicate with them. Don’t ask me how. All I know is I can. Ah, digression. But the dog, mehn. I went out and this askal (haha!) was just barking at me like crazy. And yes, the feeling was definitely mutual. I shouted at it, “Ano ba!”
I think I can speak to animals now. Either that or I’m imagining things again. We need to chika again. haha.

Ha ha ha. Bitaw, makaulit baya gyud kung saba kaayo ang iro. Scout is such a barker sometimes, especially when unfamiliar people visit! Do you know that there’s a procedure to debark noisy dogs? They remove tissue from a dog’s vocal cords to shut them up. Sad noh.
By the way, you lost your files? How did that happen? That sucks, I’m so sorry about that.
